1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms carry specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to eb99.cam and all its associated domains, mobile apps and digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the eb99 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile and wallet created for each user.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, cashback or special benefit provided by eb99.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the basis for all time calculations on this platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register, a user must meet the following requirements:

• The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age and must hold a valid national identity card or passport.
• Each individual may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
• The user must personally manage their own account — using another person's account or managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

By registering, the user acknowledges that they have:

3 Account Management

Each registered user bears full responsibility for the security of their account. The following rules apply to account management:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.
• Once a deposit is successfully verified, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only to the payment method through which the most recent deposit was made.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be fulfilled before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000 — a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered to withdraw this bonus.
• The bonus applies only once and only with the first deposit.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is announced.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected (such as using multiple accounts or bonus arbitrage), the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is completed.
• eb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on eb99 — casino, slots, cricket betting, fishing games and others — are governed by the following general rules:

• Fair play is ensured in all games. The outcome of each game is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer activity.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, eb99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
• Carrying out cyber attacks against the platform or other users.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Account Suspension and Termination

• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
